Founded in 2015 by father and son Colm ‘Senior’ and Colm ‘Junior’ Maloney, Maloney’s has grown into a trusted, independent plumbing and heating merchant serving Epsom and beyond. With decades of industry experience behind them, Colm Senior and Junior built the business on expert knowledge, strong supplier relationships, and a genuine commitment to service.

10 Years of Maloney’s
Celebrating a decade of service
In 2018, just a few years after opening, a fire destroyed our original unit. We quickly adapted, relocating to Unit 1 at Epsom Business Park in 2019. In 2021, we proudly returned to our rebuilt home at Unit 5 – now also a Daikin Sustainable Home Centre.
In 2022, we sadly lost Colm Senior, whose impact on the plumbing and heating industry stretched back to 1978. His legacy continues through Colm Junior and the next generation, with Rian Maloney joining the business in 2023.
